I am basically an eternal onlooker. I've always defined myself as a backend developer, but I don't disdain poking around on the other side of the code either. I like to think that 'writing' software is mainly about solving business problems and providing value to the customer, and in this I find DDD patterns a great help. I work as a software engineer at Intré, a company that espouses this ideology; as a good introvert, I find it difficult to come out of the closet, but I like to get out of my comfort zone to share with others the things I have learnt, so that I can find the right stimuli each time to continue improving. I like to frequent the community world, contributing, when I can, with active proposals. I am co-founder of the DDD Open and Polenta and Deploy communities, and an active member of other communities such as Blazor Developer Italiani. Mi chiamo Andrea Dottor, e ho iniziato lo sviluppo con il Microsoft .NET Framework nel 2002, realizzando soluzioni di supervisione di impianti nel settore dell'automazione industriale. Nel 2005 mi sono appassionato alla programmazione di applicazioni web-based iniziando la mia avventura con ASP.NET ed approfondendo la conoscenza di diverse tecnologie Microsoft. Dopo aver fatto esperienza con lo sviluppo di soluzioni CRM (Customer Relationship Management) e CMS (Content Management System) e partecipando alla realizzazione di importanti portali a livello nazionale, dal 2008 prendo la strada della libera professione come sviluppatore e consulente. Dal 2006 partecipo alle attività dello usergroup XeDotNet collaborandando nella gestione e tenendo varie sessioni riguardanti ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, ....

Programmatore dai tempi del Commodore64, lavoro principalmente su stack MS/Azure, ma anche su Docker e Kubernetes. Sono essenzialmente un backend e SQL developer, ma ho fatto molte incurusioni su altri "storage" , (Mongo, CosmoDb, Redis, Elastic Search, Kafka) Mi occupo anche di Devops / Gitops workflows, su MS Azure Devops, gestendo, monitorando pipeline di build e release : build assets, "infra as a code" (bicep, arm, terraform, etc..). Gianni is a Microsoft MVP for the AI category, former Windows Embedded/Development since 2011, focused on emerging technologies, AI and Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality since 2013. Marco Minerva has been using .NET since its first introduction. Today he proudly lives in Taggia, Italy, works as a freelance consultant and is involved in designing and developing solutions for the Microsoft ecosystem. His greatest expertise is backend development as a software architect. He holds training courses. He is a speaker at technical events, writes books and articles about developing and regularly makes live streaming about coding on Twitch. He is a Microsoft MVP since 2013.

Massimo is Microsoft Technical Trainer at Microsoft. He spends his time helping customers and partners to empower their Azure skills to achieve more and leverage the power of Azure in their solutions. Massimo is also a technical speaker for local and international events and a user-group guy (he founded two user-groups in Italy and managed them for several years). He is also passionate about biking, reading, and dogs!!

Roberto Filipelli will carry end-to-end accountability for Microsoft Cloud business in the Italian market including planning, execution and governance across revenue, scorecard and share acquisition, as well providing data and insights to support and drive effective business prioritization and decision-making. Previously he was Azure Application and Infrastructure Partner Development Director at Microsoft Western Europe with responsibility that span all the four regional clusters (ALPS, BENELUX, NORDICS, IBERIA); with his team, he leads the Microsoft Cloud adoption on Top Partners to help Customers in their journey to the Digital Transformation, developing and fostering Cloud solutions, including Industrial IoT products and services. More recent experiences in his Microsoft’s journey include: Sales and Business Development Director, Sales Director of Top Manufacturing Accounts, Sales Director of Corporate Accounts, Sales Director of Microsoft Server & Tools. Roberto joined Microsoft as Software Architect, early taking the lead of Microsoft Application Server Architects team.

I'm a Data Science MSc graduate and Azure solution specialist at Microsoft, focusing on data and AI workloads within the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry since 2022. I've been working on customers' digital transformations, designing cloud architecture and modern data platforms, including IoT, real-time analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Generative AI. I'm also a tech author, contributing articles on machine learning, AI, and statistics, and I recently published a book on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
